Does anyone have a breakdown of the current taxes, fees and surcharges to and from the US?

I was looking at some G class fare options from LAX to LHR and was surprised that the 'free' return fare cost USD 366.79!

I knew I had to pay some taxes but this surprised me.

Our G's to SFO next October cost us £204.80, broken down like this:

YQ101.00 GB80.00 XT23.80

Still not bad, £204 for a UCS round trip.

YQ is the fuel supplement - now £50.50 per sector
GB is APD £80 because it's not the lowest class of travel on the plane (hence why people like MazJet etc can charge only £40 APD, just like the days of Concorde)
XT is all the additional taxes that have been rolled up together as there is not enough room to list them individual in that area of the ticket. There will be UB - Ground taxes to use the 'facilities' at LHR etc, and there will be US Security fees.

Gone are the days of £40 in total of taxes for an Upper reward.

The charges have really sneaked up on us, I had not noticed quite how much.
