Has any one here got their name down?

No, and I'm not interested in the slightest. At $200k? I'd rather take hire Necker for 3 days, and fly all 40 people in and still have change.

I love the line about the factory in California....yeah it impressed me, never before have I seen a factory so cleverly disguised as an aircraft hanger.

I'm a real Star Trek geek, so if I had the chance (and the money) I would totally go for it. Even for a few minutes in space I think it's worth it. But I'm young enough (meh, 20 this year) that hopefully when I'm older the journey will be more affordable, safer, and longer!

I'm with VS-EWR on this one. I would love to do it but of course cannot justify the money as it stands. However, my grandmother died in 2001, aged 101, having been born in 1899 and therefore saw 3 centuries. It's always a grounding experience to think of the world change she saw in her days, not least the transformation of air-travel from the exclusive preserve of the fabulously rich to the climatic ogre of easyjet et al. I hope that I will be lucky enough to witness a similar level of progression and find myself celebrating my retirement with a wee jaunt into space, or even to the moon!

I was of course both delighted and humbled when they decided to name the carrier vehicle after me.

If I could afford it course I would. I would to see the Eath from space. Ideally though MO open their first space hotel [:D]

For now, I'll just have to wait until space tourism becomes cheaper and easier.
