VS and UC Newbie Question: Clubhouse/Revivals

Hi all--will be flying VS for the first time in a few weeks on a trip MIA-LHR-JNB, really looking forward to UC. How does it work in the Clubhouse (Salon)--do you have to make advance appointments for the haircuts, treatments, etc.? Or are they simply taken first-come, first-served on the day your get there?

Also, is there a different procedure in the Arrivals Lounge?

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

At the LHR CLubhouse the vtouch salon treatment appointments are done on a first come first served basis- make your appointment at the far end of the reception desk as you come in.

As to the revivals lounge it was a first come first served system too ( see the vtouch salon staff after your shower) the last time i was in.

No experience of the LHR clubhouse so can't comment. For Revivals we were greeted at Reception had a chat with the Receptionist and Revivals Supervisor (Claire) who called over the therapist to arrange our treatments.

Make sure you don't miss revivals, I'm sure many do - it really makes a difference and finishes off the experience very well.
