Quick question please guys -

Introduced some friends to Virgin via MMF on Virgin Website, which they duly registered, and 3 days later took their flight. They arrived back home last Sunday 24th, but the miles still have not appeared on my account.

Am I being a tad optimistic or should I have had them by now? I've looked on the web site to see how I can claim for them if indeed they are missing, but cannot see (obviously) how this is done.

Any ideas please? Thanks.

Hi ianflies,

It is probably a little too early for the miles to appear.

I personally would give it another week before phoning the FC desk ( but that is just me:D).

If phoning you would need to have your friends names and flight details handy.

Then ( assuming your friends flew in an eligble fare class the miles should be posted fairly quickly).

I had the same issue with one of my MMM ( PE to MCO) but i ppphoned the helpdesk and miles were posted within a day.

Thanks - as a patient fella, I'll give it another week as you suggest, then give 'em what for if not!!
