but I have repeatedly found that switching your site locale from US to UK does the trick. Namely, I log in, US user, try to do it, get error, switch locale to UK, try submitting the form again, it works. Done it every time I have made the booking. Not sure whether you might still run into issues on the UK site, but for me the switch has always done the trick so far.

Just tried this and it worked like MAGIC!!! Thanks. (Hopefully will get confirm emails soon.)

oooopps.... return email:
Dear Ms M

Thankyou for your request . We are currently taking bookings upto 8 weeks
in advance of departure. Please can I ask you to resubmit your request
within this timeframe.

We look forward to hearing back from you.
Kind regards
Cowshed and Bumble & Bumble at the Clubhouse

However, I booked my husband a shave, and they scheduled his (however, they scheduled it for TODAY. oooops.... I know I changed the date on the booking form to Nov.)

I just rang them, and they said the best thing is to CALL exactly 8 weeks from departure, which I what I think I'll try to do.

What time do they open in the morning? 06:00? Which means I can call at 22:00 Pacific Time.

There have been several instances reported (including myself) where the incorrect date has been booked. Therefore I'd say it's advisable to book by phone and have them confirm back the details to you.

Good plan. Just hope when I book exactly 8 weeks prior all the booking aren't already filled! [V]
