I am flying to SYD via KUL in September in Y on Malaysia Airlines (should be an interesting comparison with VS Y which I did last time round). I am booked into a discount economy fare bucket (V), which according to the VS website is not one of the qualifying fares eligible to earn flying club miles. However, does anyone know whether I will earn TPs on each leg of the journey? I could find no info saying that TP earning is restricted to qualifying booking class, simply that each leg has to be > 2000 miles (which all legs will be). Thanks.
