You can send a letter to:-

Cabin Crew Management,
Virgin Atlantic,

A copy of your letter will be forwarded to the Cabin Crew concerned.

Thanks for the info, I always believe it is important to recognise good service and have frequently completed RAVE forms on board the aircraft and handed them in.

What carries the most impact, the direct letter or the form[?][?]

Hi buns,

A direct letter or filling in a form onboard both carry equal value.

Either way a copy will be sent to the crew member concerned.

If you complete a form onboard at least we will be able to thank you personally. :D

Yep, I need to do the same thing for a recent trip too - I think the crew in both directions went above and beyond the call.

The outbound crew were especially great - but maybe that's because the outbound aircraft was quieter, and we spent most of the flight at the bar chatting!

There was at least one crew member I had flown with before on the return flight too (and I also recognised at least one other crew member).

Cheers,
Mike

Many thanks - I'll make sure I always fill out a RAVE form when merited.

I'm sure the RAVE forms have now gone, its all 'Heroes' based stuff now.

Thanks,
