Why is it the 99% of all the comments on Skytrax flight reports for Virgin are negative?

Seems a little biased to me.

Am I allowed to write this or will I get into trouble?

I still use Skytrax all the time, but it's beginning to get a bit tiresome never seeing any real praise for VS.

And have you noticed that....

(a) It seems to go for days without being updated.
(b) They start a new subject (such as flatseats.com or the prefered airline pages) then never finish it.
(c) There seems to be a strong BA bias
(d) The 'Ask Don' does not get a reply - I know, I tried!

I could go on. I agree Skytrax is useful, but it's no V-Flyer

Cheers

From the skytrax web forum, it appears that most of the complaints come from people in economy expecting business class treatment. I have travelled many times with Virgin, some UC but mostly PE and have never once had a bad service maybe I am just lucky. But compared to the flight I took a couple of weeks ago with British Midlands (Scheduled airline), who charge you for both exit seats, snacks and drinks, Virgin win hands down every time. So to those persons that have a bad experience in economy, be thankful Virgin do feed, serve free drinks and entertain you on your flight.

Sorry if that upsets you but if you need pampering please upgrade to either PE or UC.

I wrote a few words eulogising the flat bed on flatseats.com but it hasn't appeared yet.
I imagine the reviews adhere to that old saying about the number of people you will tell if you are unhappy.....
Roughly 1 or 2 complaints a month and that isn't bad. Perhaps a few v-flyer's should start showing the flip side of the coin.

I have in fact posted 2 times to SkyTrax, once re Qatar (which went up) and once a positive for Virgin (which I did mention the glut of bad news) and it never went up.
