On an average week how long would the MAN / LGW a/c be on the ground? That is if you did not include 3 hour turn arounds.

At this stage, any disciplinary action is between the company and the individuals and each party may choose or not (or agree confidentiality) whether to go public after. If this were you, I think you'd want the same process to apply?
