The good news is, you are half way through to your space trip.

The bad news is, you need another million miles!

Gosh! Is it rude to ask how long it has taken you to collect that many and how you did it?!!!

Not necessarily. Unless ALL of the points are earned on Virgin Atlantic flights, they don't count.

The 2 million points required for a Virgin Galactic flight don't include points earned through credit card spends or partner flying.

Boy... It takes me enough time to just get 100k miles, which I'm still to do [:#]

Commence sob story mode: Won't ever get to Au, haven't had the delight of Upper yet and will take me another year at least to hopefully reach 100k. [:?]

1 million? Congrats - you're either flying those shiny Virgin planes or you do actually live on one. [:D]

Well played - That said unless you're a member of PAMS you'll struggle to use them..

My suggestion is book flights to Sydney or stay at the Safari Park - Necker is so last season

I am half inclined to just delete that post, it has nothing to do with this thread, but I will tell you what, go ahead, explain this pearl of wisdom to me please.

I suspect, without meaning to speak for someone else, that all that was meant was that if you were crew, it would take quite a while before you had flown one million miles!

Well I would guess he is referring to how long it would take for a crewmember to fly/work 1M miles while working. Assuming a average segment of 3,500 miles and four trips a month; it would take about three years to fly 1M miles. Pretty easy really.

MMM most crew would reach a million miles before 99% of the words travelers, actually, I wonder if any of the crew have kept a log of their total flight miles ?
