Well my hats off to the crew on board my flight. I was taken pretty ill recently, and that training was fanstastic, hats off to the crew who were there with the telemdics system, most probably saved me that day......... I think we all underestimate the training and tools that have been invested in , nice one virgin !

Great to hear, CC all too often only get mentioned when service is below expectations. Hope you make a speedy recovery.

Prior to the telemetry system I got called on to treat a fellow passenger (I m a paramedic). I was very impressed by the standard of medical kit on board and the assistance and knowledge of both the cc and flight deck crew.

If you haven't already done so can I suggest you write to Virgin and express your thanks requesting that it is passed to the crew involved?

Hey everyone , thanks very much for the kinds words here, slowly getting back to my feet, nice to walk again trust me :-). I have already sent a thankyou letter to my contact at the airline thanking them. They did a great job for me.
