we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

This is the message I get on the VS web site, while trying to submit a message to the Flying Club on the feedback form & as a result am unable to submit my message. Even after several attempts. Despite the fact that I am in fact writing in English [V]

Anyone else come across this 'numptyism' from VS [n]

Edited to add......

Would anyone, by any chance, have a real eMail address for Flying Club, as opposed to having to use the impaired feedback form.

What issue are you trying to contact them about? The generic email address is [email protected]

Thanks,
Sarah

Sarah - are you sure this still works? Last time I used it I had a system message back saying it was no longer in use ...

Oh that 'Mrs Kered' & myself both qualified for FC Silver on the 30th September & to date have not received our new membership packs.

So I wanted to pop off a quick eMail, so see if I could find out what's up [V]

I've also had the same 'please enter information in English' bit from the VS website when trying to submit a flight feedback form. I posted about this problem on here and got the generic customer service email address, which Sarah has provided above. Sent an email to this address and got a reply - I even replied to the reply and they have actioned this too, as the missing bonus miles have appeared in my account.

I could not work out what non-English words I was using in my flight feedback - the text of the feedback all went through the spell check in Word fine.

Well I'll draft up an eMail so & try sending it to that generic address that Sarah provided to see what happens [:?]

kered, my renewal pack hasn't come either and I called FC last week to see why. it had been listed as 'Mailing incomplete' which suggested to the agent I spoke with that it had been returned. Maybe someone from An Post had an issue with VS and returned our packs [?]

It just seems like an inordinate amount of time to wait to receive the packs. But when you put our glorious ÒAn PostÓ into the mix, all bets are off [:)]

That said though, I waited ages for my AF FB card to arrive, while ÒMrs Kered'sÓ arrived pretty promptly. An eMail popped off to their customer service Dept. had it sorted in a few days & I wanted to try the same with VS. But then I got faced with the Òlinguistic challengeÓ of the feedback form [ii]

We'll see what happens with the eMail address [:w]
