Nope, you have to do that at check in and there is a charge for them.

You can't pre-book bulk-head row seats or select them once OLCI opens, they are only allocatable at the airport.

There is no charge for bulk-head seats but families with babies requiring sky-cots will get priority for all bulk-head rows. If there are any bulk-head row seats left once everyone is checked-in, VS should then be able to allocate them to anyone.

As well as the exit row seats for £50 you can also purchase extra legroom seats in economy on the lgw aircraft. They are £30 and are certainly worth it if you cant get a bulkhead seat and want a bit of extra legroom. Again these have to be purchased at check in and cant be pre-booked.

Exit rows can cost up to £75 on some Virgin destinations.
