Good news for all you gamblers......

Flights to Las Vegas are being increased to 5 per week from July 2005 and then six per week from September 2005.

Also there are plans to re-commence flights from Manchester to Barbados from November 2005 although there is no news yet on frequencies.

Does this include saturdays - I hate having to do Vegas Sunday to Sunday - seems like such a waste of the Saturday!:D

With the Sunday to Sunday, it does mean you suffer the hangover on the flight home :).

A Saturday flight would raise the possibility of a Saturday-Sunday trip and therefore enjoy 2 Saturday nights. Now that would suit me! :D

However many LAS flights there are, I don't think they will have too much trouble filling them. There seem to be very few really cheap fares at the moment, maybe that will change.

Sorry to disappoint those of you hoping for a Saturday flight to Vegas.

The extra flights are operating on Mondays (from 4th July to 24th October) and Fridays (from 9th September until further notice).

The Vegas route needs all the capacity it can get. Cheap fares and miles bookings are seemingly non existant. And the cheapest PE fare now seems to be over £1100 with tax. Have just booked for next May and got the last 2 cheap seats!

At least the seatmap was wide open, so my traditional 79A and C have been nabbed.
