I certainly hope you're right [:)]

Something may be happening, although no sign on the website at the moment. Searching a current flight I'm looking for is only bringing up J's (7500, no thanks...) even when selection on Z is made. This has changed since yesterday.

Wayhey! And here's me, just 5 TP away from Silver, with my brother's 40th celebrations to arrange... bit of a no brainer, really!

Anyone able to comment on the CHs at Tokyo, Vegas or Newark? I've done JFK already...

They will be, fares are out but not loaded into systems yet. Sale ends on 27 Jan, same as the Y and W sales. Trust me!! I love v-flyer (even if not VS so much anymore!)

CH at TYO is fine, a nice little room with good food and great service. It can get pretty full just before the flight. The problem is that the whole of narita airport is so quiet and empty that you don't really need to get away fromt he hustle and bustle!! You also get a great view of the aircraft which is (usually) just outside the window at the gate next door.

along with some very tantalising Upgrade to FIRST offers [8D]

This really complicates the Defect back to BA / Stick with VS debate.

Oooh... I like the sound of that. What's it like?

Also - is the EWR CH before or after security? Much as I liked the one at JFK, it was a major pain to have to leave, go through security and then join the rest of the subjects on the other side...

Newark Clubhouse is before security, to the left of the entrance to the scanners. It's small, decent (ish) food, but VERY poor on facilities. (just one bathroom for men, one for women, no showers, only one internet machine). Comfy enough though and due an update soon.

'First Class Lounge' in Vegas? HA HA HA HA HA! THAT place is an absolute joke. Sorry, but NOTHING good to say about it.

Same here.

Ive a couple of trips in the pipeline for the coming year & these sales couldnt have come at a better time.

But if Virgin dont get the sale fares posted up soon, Ill be grabbing some of BAs sale fares & renewing my BAEC Silver status to boot. Which will copper fasten my airline decisions for 2010 too.

OK, I must be missing something, tried pricing my flights to NY next month and they're the same price as I got when I checked last week.

Anyone else getting the sale prices yet?

Are you selecting your flights then going to the next screen? The price then should change.
