What New Features You Hope To See In VS?

I have had very great experience with VA premium economy. In your opinion, what do you hope to see in Virgin Atlantic? For instance, what kind of new services or new features [}:)]

In my opinion, I'll hope that it has better games, maybe PS2/3 for each seat [:p]

This is an often discussed topic, there are several threads on it already. I don't think we have had one for a while, but given the state of the economy right now, maybe that isn't a surprise.

The main answer will probably be to have the long postponed re-fits of the LGW fleet done at last.

Having said that, I think in reality, especially given the news today with the suspension of the India flights, nobody is really expecting any new services or new features in the immediate future - consolidation and survival are the order of the day.

Be interesting to see how the new BA WT+ seat compares once they launch it with the fairly new VS offering, and any improvements VS may try and make to show they have the better product.

Welcome to vflyer rickyou.
I think most of us here would be happy to forego costly enhancements to the VS fleet at the moment in favour of decent and consistent service levels on-board. It doesn't matter how fantastic the product is if it isn't actually delivered as it should be.

I would second the consistent service and better food in UC.

It would be good to have a big PTV, better or more moveable light and a better placed cocktail tray.....who on earth thought to put it up by the back of your head? [;)]
