She's paid VS back 120,000 miles for 'flights that had been wrongly gifted'? Wrongly gifted?? C'mon people, is there anyone on here who wouldn't notice such a convenient and beneficial 'irregularity' with their FC account? Even Neil?? I think not...

I very much doubt she is personally managing her FC account, the Times report pretty much confirms she is not.

What we all think is pretty irrelevant, the BBC are obviously happy with the findings and that is good enough for me... [:w][:D]

Neil, sweetheart, apart from your apparent trust in an organisation that allowed Ross and Brand free rein (or indeed employed Jonathan Ross) and is now allowing someone who has been tainted by an investigation into the misuse of miles to continue with a consumer affairs programme, you (and the Beeb) are missing the point.

Someone who is fronting a consumer affairs programme should be like Caesar's wife - above suspicion.

Maybe it has something to do with the generation in which I have grown up then, because it doesn't matter to me one jot that she has been questioned about it (and found not guilty). I am not saying it is necessarily the right attitude and that point of view is probably part of the reason the country is so f&&ked up at the moment, but people are far to judgmental and get on their high horse so quickly when someone does something wrong, if only we could all be perfect (this is not aimed at anyone specific, just the population in general).

She hardly strikes me as the smartest person, or suitable callibre to present a consumer affairs show if she can't/isn't managing her own affairs. It would be like asking the McCann's to present the Good Parenting awards.

Was she that stupid/niave to think she had actually earned enough miles with her flying to qualify for all those free flights. A normal person would probably question if they have say spent 15k on flights or taken 5 flights, that they had qualified for 15k or 5 free flights.

I like her walking programme, the most annoying thing about Watchdog is Nicky Campbell...
