Upgrade query.

Hello, just a quick question, does anybody know how many miles it would cost to upgrade from Economy to Premium Economy.

I currently have just over 10000 miles on my account and i'll be booking a flight from Heathrow to JFK pretty soon.

A round trip upgrade would be 20,000 miles.

You do have to have a "qualifying fare" (which means the cheapest are excluded) and of course there needs to be availability

If you need additional miles you can always buy them but check the cost of buying them against the cost of a PE v Econ ticket as its possible the cheapest PE ticket may be cheaper than buying an Econ ticket and the miles.
