VS will either announce this in the next couple of hours OR wait for 3 days or so to make it look like they are not just reacting to what BA do!

Damn it, PLEASE can they include fuel surcharge in reward bookings.

It should be included in the base fare FULL STOP - it is not a fee from the airport or APD or 'security charges'

The fuel surcharge was added as a temporary measure to deal with oil prices hitting $140 a barrel, I would say it has gone way past the time when it could be called a temporary thing.

However, VS won't fold it into the base fare due to the fact that it can now be tacked on to reward fares, this is my biggest problem with VS.
