See this BBC Report

Was not impressed with Theresa Villiers performance on BBC News - too many 'ums' , 'errs' and 'ahs' and obviously not familier with her own proposals or any idea of how they would work in practice.

Also no mention of doing anything to airlines that arn't prepared etc.

And how would striping the airport of its operating licence help?

I saw that too - she must have been desperate for some media attention to have gotten to Bond Street tube on Boxing Day, only to put in such a woeful performance.

Then, after refusing to comment on whether the tube strike (for triple pay and a day off on Boxing Day [and tell that to all the shop workers!] was justified, she went on to say BA and not BAA did well in the snow ... hmmm, there was I thinking that if BA ran half its flight it would have got thousands of people away, and left aircraft stands empty to be cleaned of snow and ice. Great that she's in charge of her brief!
