While booking some ski flights today I made a litle boo-boo, I booked 2 seats for myself instead of one for me and one for Tom!

I think I was a little bit on autopilot and probably did write my name in twice by accident.
Spotted it as soon as the confirmation came through and then rang up Easyjet expecting long wait times, expensive call costs and a fortune for a name change.

Not at all!
10p a minute line, fair enough from budget carrier.
After annoying voice activated system realised it couldn't help me, human answered in seconds.
As we were going through the booking to confirm my identity, the nice lady asked for the names and said that she thought she might know the problem and we both had a giggle. She said it happens a lot that browser autofill does this and thanked me for spotting it early! She then had it updated in seconds for no charge and was actually a pleasure to speak to! Had new docs through in a few minutes and it was all showing updated on manage my booking.

Well done Easyjet for getting it so right, you have a convert, I will sing their praises and keep just about tolerating Ryanair when I have to!
