I have had an A340/300 seat map showing on my online booking for the past few weeks and it should be the A340/600.

Customer Services have confirmed that I have the wrong seat map showing for my flight. They thought they had sorted the problem out but alas, it looks like it's still being investigated. Others might experience the same problems.

There have been several comments about the Web site showing incorrect or missing seat maps ... I thought from other threads that this had been resolved. However, some have said that the Web site is always right ... I'd keep checking if I were you and ensure you use OLCI before your flight to ensure you have what you want.

My seatmap has gone back to what it was as of yesterday.

The problems were resolved at 1230am on Saturday morning. Anyone who feels the incorrect maps are still appearing should contact Virgin Customer Services

I have contacted customer services as the issue has not been resolved. e-Commerce are still investigating, that's why I posted this thread.

For some reason they 'believe' the issues have been solved but they haven't as I can still see a A343 for my flight and the premier team have confirmed its a A346

I have had a 346 confirmed and double checked for my flights in November but the online seat map still shows a 343 both ways (as does Expert Flyer).

Hi,

My VS45 to JFK this Thursday 22/9 is still showing A343 J2000... I called Customer services and they said it's true... no suites. I thought they were supposed to have suites to all JFK flights... Is that a seatmap error even on customer services or isn't there a UCS aircraft available?? I will be in PE, so J2000 is no real concern for me, but I haven't heard the best about the old style PE in 343...[V]

There has been debate about new or older PE seats, some prefer those you will have. But yes, the non UCS 343s do sometimes hit JFK. I had one a couple of months ago in UC and was disappointed - but guess with the current refits, and growth, there's great demand on planes at the moment and lots of changes.
