Due to the change of the VS19/20 flight times this summer, I have to change my flight from LHR to DUS with BA. I can do that online for about 60€. As I insured the transfer with a ticketsafe insurance, the cost will be covered.
However, the insurance says that they will cover any change of the tickets up to 210€ and they don't need any proof that it is the cheapest option. This makes me think whether I can upgrade to a more flexible ticket while changing the flight time. If I choose flexible on the BA site, it automatically quotes Club Europe prices but I don't think that this will go throught with the insurance. Is there nothing in between business and lowest economy with BA?
