Some good news on the sale front, it seems!

Virgin have decided to match BA's (rather pathetic) September sale, with both Economy and Premium Economy sale fares. I guess the war's back on ;)

Premium Economy Sale (assuming all fares are mileage earning, as there are no non-earning, revenue fare buckets)

Economy Sale (assuming all fares are non-mileage earning)

PE to SF/LA = £720, New York = £660. [y] [8D]

EC fares seem to be £1 more than BA's equivalent though [:0]

Most routes to the US/Caribbean/Australia/Asia/Africa seem covered.

Glad to see the war is back on! A good war is always fun, particularly when the consumer ends up benefiting.

Seems there's a small correction to be made on the Y offers.

According to the offer page at the moment, Jo'burg is in Nigeria and Lagos is in S.Africa... [:p]

The fares to BOS that I have tried are NONE mileage earning [:(!]

If anyone finds any Y fares to anywhere in the US that earn points in the promotion, could they please post details here?

VS must stop following BA; whatever happened to being a leader! Damn it.

Hmm, £1 difference between BA and VS??? Hard choice really... BA wins (NOT!!!)
Though im sure VS could easily afford to undercut them by £3!!!
