Preview seat availability?

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I can't find it

I am about to book a PE trip to NYC however is there any way to look at seat availability before I buy? I want to make sure I can get a seat upstairs.

Thanks Paul. I found Expedia.com were doing it, but can't see anything on the .co.uk, and the .com doesn't do PE Will take a gander at expertflyer.com.

Thanks p17blo, turned out I was the first person to reserve a seat on both flights, so I had my choice.
