Last night I sent feedback about a flight I took earlier this month and today I received and email from VS Customer Service to say that "Your e-mail has been forwarded to Richard Bransons office".
What does this mean?
My letter was quite complimentary with a few items that I found irritating about the UC service I experienced. This is the first time I have received a reply like this after leaving feedback.
