Unfortunately we've been having a few technical problems with our bonus system and as a result we have now suspended the 'Raise the Stakes' bonus that was due to run until Monday 21st November.

Were they a tad too generous, and have had to cut back maybe ?? [:I]

Out of the five of us who joined in my immediate family--2 got the miles automatically,I got mine after 1 request and the last 2 still haven't after 1 request and they have each seperately sent a second request yesterday.
It does seem a shame that most get the bonus automatically and a few have to keep chasing it up[:I]

I don't read it as affecting the Virgin bonus at all... just the doubling of your initial stake. I wasn't bothered about that anyway... I got my miles [8D]:D

Now that's a bit of a bummer. Normally they are very good at answering emails, so I am really surprised that they have not responded. Just a thought, but the word casino may be setting off you spam software - it may be worth checking your spam folder.....

Do let us know how it pans out though.

A couple of weeks ago I wrote to Virgin Casino asking about the missing sign up bonus and bonus Flying miles.

15 minutes later, yes only 15 minutes later I recieved a reply saying my casino account had now been credited with the sign up bonus.
The flying miles appeared in my account a few days later (on the Monday)

Hi,

This is my first post so here is a little intro. I have always loved travel and to be fair am a regular flyer of BA. Since Virgin have introduced their new beds in UC I am quite keen to try Virgin. Though I love to travel club I can't actualy bring myself to pay full price so I am always looking for ways to gain miles which I ultimately use for upgrades.

So back on topic then. This looks to me to be a great deal and when i checked my regular cash back site (quidco.com) and they give you actual cash back instead of a credit at the casino. Result would be 10000miles for free:D

The only catch is i can't seem to find the offer on the Virgin site by navigation after clicking the link on Quidco. Coudl I join through the normal Quidco link and then claim the 10K miles retrospectively?

I have just referred my husband on the refer-a-friend to the casino. He has played through his £100 so looks like he will get his miles, but I noticed in the refer-a-friend T & C's this:-

'Multiple accounts registered and/or accessed from a single computer or IP address will not qualify for this offer.'

Obviously both of us use the same computer, so does that mean that we won't get our £25 refer a friend bonuses?

I waited a week - no miles

so i emailed virgin casino, and they said it could take up to 40 days

Strangly enough they got credited within 24hrs of that email! [}:)]

So if you need your miles quick just email casino CS... worked for me !

I only played Carribean stud and ended up about £150 up

I think they may have cracked down on roulette as a method of 'playing through' - for me that makes Carribean stub the quickest way of playing thru.

I'd play craps but it's just too easy to loose large amounts

Was just on a fairly good winning streak just now and the stupid thing decided to throw up the "you can only open page at a time" error and it all went downhill from there Well, at least I took out £110 in winnings on the slots before gambling away the remainder of my £30 initial deposit, and I should have another 55 miles for doing so

Really pleased, both myself and my husband have received our 10K miles today, so only took a week to register play through and rake in the rewards, and we didn't lose any money either.

Now what to do, should we save them up for a big treat or put them towards an upgrade for next years hols [:?]

Can't help being tempted to pay a big lump of money into the casino and leave it, then draw it back just to get the miles. Seems too easy, just like a savings plan for free [y]

I was always taught you never get owt for nowt as they say up north but this seems to be an exception to the rule
