Michael, you could have nearly done the whole of August this year, yourself[:o)][:p]

Hmmm, not sure if this is a good, or a bad thing ;)

DavidM,

What did you do to upset Adam777. He is on BA to ANU 2morrow as well.
You could always invite him to the CH or vice versa to the terraces.

Both have a great hols.

Iain
Thanks, Iain. Given Virgin's rules on CH guests having to fly on VS, I think I'd have more chance of getting into the terraces than getting Adam into the CH. Interesting, though, that there's also a CH invite on my PNR that was put there by someone who works for Virgin and didn't realise I already had the access with my Au card. Wonder if that's transferable? [}:)]

On balance, I think I'll stick with what I've got - I wish Adam well down the way. :D

Best wishes

David

May be a little OT but can any of you guys that went to Vegas did you get miles for the return leg?

The VS website is still only showing mileage outbound, and nothing for coming back home.

I did email them but haven't heard anything back yet.[n]

Hi Paul,

Yes, those of us on paid tickets did, and those that upgraded got (or are getting...) the miles for the paid element of the ticket.

I think a reply was posted in reponse to your question some time ago that the single-leg earning was a mistake on the website? Anyway, it was certainly proven this month.

Preiffer

Thanks for your reply, just curious if it was a problem because as I stated it still shows mileage for outward journeys only, even this morning.

Regards

My usage has gone down a bit over the last couple of months, but its picking up again now (partly becuase I need to catch up with Fozzyo's number of posts!)
Still think my usage was at its most feverish duing the GNF posting Era!!!

OK, I'm back and ready and willing to fulfil the role.

Just got back from VS604 CPT-LHR last night at 0200hrs. On my flight there were no red pillows, no flowers, no suite, no OB kits, the seat hardly reclined, the pitch was a goo 20" less than my last VS flight, no bar, only 2 chices of wine and no freedom menu.

A much more frugal and efficient service I think.

After a twelve hour flight, many people could be forgiven for not remebering their own name, let alone their ticket type![}:)]
