I like others am impressed with the VS response y)

One will hope that if such time and care has been taken in providing a personalised response that simialr attention is paid to those who have let the Airline so badly.

Wow, what a fabulous story. Loved the TR and so sorry to hear your first experience of UC wasn't up to snuff - such a difference to our flight on the same route just a few days later. The response from VS was awesome, kudos to the CS who took the time to write it, really shows it is possible for a large org to have a 'human' face.

Jaysus AJC ( It's Paddys Day:-))...you should try BA First. Feckers threatened to arrest me as the food was rubbish and I dared to send it back uneaten, To fly, to get pissed off with customers who are screwing your shopping / party trip:-)
