I decided to write a brief letter to Virgin and tell them that I was going to be flying with them again because I was so happy with my last trip. Someone from Virgin took the time to write back and I have to say that I am even more impressed with them now! Here is a copy of that letter (I have taken out all names). You might need to make it full size for a clear read.

I think this speaks volumes for their customer service.[y]

Im always impressed by VS's response in these situations, and I have a small collection of letters from them which are replys from Virgin Regarding my comments on their previous flights.
As I always say, any otehr airline isnt the same as VS... it might not always be the best of airlines (price or service) but it feels like an airline with a little more flair to it.

I too have a collection of letters from VA in response to mine. And I must agree they are not the 'pro forma' letters that you usually get from some of the other airlines, it shows that someone has taken the time to read what you have sent! Having said that, I did receive one from NorthWest after our last trip that goes to show that it is not only VA who read the letters and respond individually.
