Man I'm really confused now. How does this relate to Mr Walnut and the swany river?

WOOOPEEE![8D][8D][8D]

There you are - Post 1000 is just as much a complete load of tosh as Post 1 was. Sorry for all the offences I have caused, but hell it was fun. Now when can I expect my pink coat then and do I have to pay postage?[:X]

I would have to say I have always felt your contributions added to the debate rather than being consigned as gash;)

Its funny everytime I fly and have customers sat opposite me at my jumpseat a customer always ask why we have shoulder straps and I say it is for safety reasons.

The response from the customer is 'why dont we have them?' and I always reply back by saying 'we struggle to get customers to where a lap belt sometimes let alone two shoulder harnesses!!!'

It makes me laugh the number of times the crew have been TOLD by the Captain to take our seats and then next thing is you have people try ing to go to toilet or coming into the galley asking for a drink!!!!

Its simply CRAZY what happens up there !!!!

Just to point out that this site is not England,it's world wide,we have a membership that spans the globe, while I try to post in english as Pete will be more than happy to tell you there are time's that I slip into american (the other english)...of course it get worse, while in Paris one poor waitress had to endure me speaking french/spanish in the same sentence [:I]

I did not mean any disrespect. We each have our own 'take' on the English we use. There was a lot of tongue in cheek with that reply.[:I] You should hear me murder French when we shoot across the channel[:0]

None was taken Dave (imposter) :D just wanted to point it out..also again as Pete will tell you I murder the english langauge [:I]

great to see the look's of bewilderment when im switching into americanish during a conversation [:0],then translating again so I can make myself undertood.

A good example of this is the phrase sitting in coach..well in english that is sitting on a bus,in americanish that is sitting in economy.
