do the seats in front of me recline?

hi all

have booked some ELR seats for family members onboard the VA 787-900, now the question they are asking is..do the seats in front of them recline...please see attachment?

They are seated in row 47, hope fully no one will buy the window seat.

Every economy seat has recline, so yes they will. Although with the ELR seats I imagine the inconvenience will be lessened.

Yes they do. The only seats that have fixed armrests are the ones on the emergency exit rows as the tray tables are stored there.
