What dates are you looking at? I just did a dummy booking on STA for a couple of random dates in March and it's coming up with £1251 for DUB-LCY, LGW-LAS, LAX-LHR and LCY-DUB, all in BA Club Europe & VS UC.
It could be VS has sold out of cheap Z fares on the VS43 for your chosen date, which would push the price much higher. Remember there are only 14 UC seats on the LAS flights and not all of them will be sold as Zs.
