well according to LHR A/C movements- on Saturday (7th Jan) she flew in from PVG then departed to BOM that evening. And on the 4th Jan was on the LGW-PHC run which is still operated by VS and not VK.

So from that I would guess she is still with VS. Not sure if she is in VK livery though?

No.

VS only have one aircraft on lease to VK and that's BUS.

On a recent filing to the USA, for VK to operate a Lagos-New York service, part of the proposition was that G-VSUN would be the plane flying, and it was stated that it would join the VK fleet in December 2005.

As far as I know permission has not yet been granted by US authorities, so I guess VSUN's departure from VS has been delayed....

Lipstick- we know that but my question was is SUN in VK livery- after all BUS was in VK livery for ages but still operating for VS.

Btw havent VK brought BUS in their own right- ie: VS returned into the lessor and they leased it to VK

NO - BUS was the only one tarted up with the VK colours, because it's the only they used.

Ok so its being leased to them persume on a dry lease- so no crew etc. As I thought it was operated by VS in VK livery with mixture of crew till round about Nov last year when VK launched LGW-LOS then it was operated by VK crew- this correct?

This is why VK kept popping up in Delhi.

According to VK they will get SUN- so im guessing that it will be dry leased again.
