many thnks

Absolutely fine - Not to near the bar - 12 in my opinion is to be avoided as it backs on to the Premium Economy cabin, and is also in front of the bar as is 11.

Hope this helps :D

One of the superb things about this web site is the seat ratings page. There may only be a single review but it does say "Excellent", which I would agree with.

Incidentally, I'd encourage everyone to add a few more seat reviews (myself included!).

finbar,

Glad that you are reaping value from VFlyer. We would be honored if you would join us a paid member, which designation provides you with additional benefits. Details here.

As a lover of the 747 seat 9A is my fave and that's where I'll be in about two weeks while heading to London.

Regards and welcome aboard,
Chuck-

I am in 6A in April.
Can you pls take some photos and also check out the view from the window to see how good it is. The foot stools seem to touch at 6A. Can you let me know what the leg room is like.
Thanks

leg room is the same, when i was in 7a, it just looked cosy on the 6 row and you can be close to a loved one on the other side, 6a/k is really secluded like a private little suite for 2

Paul,
Me and the partner did 6A&6K LGW-MCO last year.
Great seats for couples, loads of leg room, view out of window OK,nice ledge in front of seats to store things, away from the bar, nobody walks past you as you are right at the front so its nice and quiet, great for sleeping on the night flight.
The stools do touch at 6A&6K, but the leg room (suite length) is the same as the others.

6A&6K are not so great if you are travelling alone and want a bit of privacy, you can then be a bit too close to the adjacent passenger.
If alone go for either row 8 or 9.

Hope this helps,
Enjoy your flight and don't forget the TR.

Thanks for the info Tim,
I am flying with my wife so 6A and 6K sound perfect. Will do a TR.
