Our 6 week trip has now come to an end so we are sitting in lounge having a bite to eat. Lady Stardust has just arrived to take us back to Man. Lounge is busy but food was ok.
Special wave to Emmapeel 007 as promised the other week.

I was in the Delta Sky Club in ATL Concourse F last Thursday evening on my way back to Man. It was busy (as usual) but the staff were attentive and the food options pretty good.

A new menu on board since last Wednesday so would be interested to hear what you think. I can recommend the steak which had a kick and I really must get around to typing up my menu.

The Chocolate chip cheesecake was delicious IMO!

The new Cocktail list was going down very well amongst the 22 of us in UC especially when we thought the IFE was not going to work for the flight...it did eventually in the end!

Have a good flight.

How does the Delta lounge compare with the old Escape lounge in T2 in MAN? We've got two flights to MCO booked for Xmas and Easter which are connecting through ATL and will be able to use the Delta lounge on the return journey. I've never used ATL before.

It's a pretty decent lounge actually, it's large with a few different seating areas and it's certainly a step up on the old Escape lounge. There is a nice outside area, a fair selection of help yourself food, a bar with free local alcohol (and paid branded alternatives).
There are showers if you want one and plenty of seating/charging options.
