How to I check which Aircraft I will be flying on?

Hi,
Sorry if the answer to this question is obvious but it’s my first time on here...
How can I check exactly which Aircraft I will be flying on?
I don't mean the type which is easy to check, but whether or not it has the new or old (which are apparently better?) PE seats and whether or not it has the V-Port IFE system?

Also, is there anyway of making sure I get un Upper deck seat?

Flight I am talking about is VS045 leaving Sunday morning 22nd.

Simple answer - you look out the window just before you board.

Honestly, that's the ONLY way you'll know for sure which aircraft you'll be flying on. You can get a guide to what it MIGHT be here though....

To answer your second question use the VA website http://www.virgin-atlantic.com and enter your flights details via manage my flights and preassign yourself a seat.
