Hiya

Try here here and here. A few A343 UCS pictures submitted by another member.

Have a look in the Ôphoto galleryÕ on the board under cabins, there are a few pictures there but we could do with a few more.

Ill hold my hand up, guilty as charged as i was on the A343 in Upper in December. I did take a couple of shots but they didnt come out too well. Only dawned on me after the flight that i should have checked out the changes they had made to the rest of the plane, such as removing the yucky Orange seats in Y!

To be honest, the A343 is very similar to the A346, just less seats. The only real difference i noticed was that the table was of a slightly different design to the ones on the A346 and 744 in that it sort of the table slid out from within itself, but i couldnt tell why the design was different or the reasoning behind it.

The new style tray table on the suite equipped A343s was being trialled. It will be rolled out across all fleets this year.

Pretty much, cant say i noticed much difference between the A343 bar and the A346. Its not the fuller sized bar on the 744.

Ive uploaded a (not brill) picture of the bar in the photo section under cabins if that helps you at all. I took that picture from my suite (9K i think?)

Marc, thanks again for another heads up!

Out of interest, do you know why the table design has changed?

Hi Sarah,

I think the new design was a result of passenger feedback. As it is a sort of table within a table (not sure how else to describe it!) it provides a bit more legroom underneath.

Cheers Marc

Thanks Marc!

I thought might be due to customer feedback, nice to see that there is a constant improvement process in place. Thanks again, as always!

Now that is an improvement, especially for those of us who are 6'+ [y] I do struggle when eating as there's not much room under the old style table.
