Yes "Low fat" is a menu option in Upper Class. Never had it though, so cannot comment further.

The menu's have little icons next to them, and indicate "healthy options". You can also request a special dietary meal (of which low fat is an option) for delivery on the plane.

Would the food in PE be the same as UC?

I got dried fruits for a desert when I once ordered a low fat meal. The husband got a gorgeous looking slice of chocolate cake which was fairly gutting to watch him eat.

No, food in PE is same as Economy.
