Also booked with virgin holidays as a cruise so do I have to pay to change ticket to upgrade one it’s K st the moment

I believe Peak West Coast Premium to Upper is 38,700 miles one-way (you add 10,000 miles onto the listed standard season return upgrade (67,400) for a peak season upgrade then half it for a one-way upgrade i.e. {67,400 + 10,000/2} = 38,700)

Details here (click the 'cabin upgrades' tab)

Off-Peak West Coast Premium to Upper is 33,700 (i.e. 67,400/2 = 33,700)

Yes, you would need to pay the difference to upgrade the K to either a H or a S fare which only V Hols will be able to do for you.

As it's a V Hols booking, it gets a little complicated upgrading using miles to upgrade but is still doable, see my guide here

You basically need to pay the remaining holiday balance (if you have not already done so) and then get V Hols to issues your VS flight tickets manually before you can upgrade using miles by contacting Flying Club. You will also have to pay VS the difference in tax/fees as well for the Upper Class cabin.
