Have you rung in? You probably have had a schedule change.

If there has been either a schedule change, or an equipment change (maybe different seat configs?)
The flight dissappears from view until reservations puts it all back for you. Ring in and ask, and they should sort it out for you.

Egg, I don't think they will re-appear until you ring them and confirm the changes or they ring you and confirm the changes (yeah right!). For you own peace of mind I would give them a call.

Paul

editted to add, maybe this won't be the case I see you booked with VH.

My flight has disappeared as well, should I expect an email from VS telling me of the change?

Hiya

To be on the safe side, i would call FC and speak to them so they can explain any changes personally - and also update your booking so you can access it again online :)

If you book on-line with VS, they do not inform you of any time change by email.
You only find out when you try to find check/change seat on-line and panic that your booking is not on-line (even if the time change is by 5 minutes).

If you had booked via Expedia, they send you an email (even though the time change is by 5 minutes).

Hmmm, just called and our flight has been cancelled :( now flying home on VS76 at 18.15 instead of the 21:30 departure. Was looking forward to a couple of more hours on the beach.

I find it amazing that you don't get any information making you aware of changes. What if I didn't try to check in online so wasn't aware of the changes and then showed up for the later flight?

Anyway thanks to V-Flyer I know now.

I guess thats why there is always the "you are advised to re-confirm you flights 72 hour in advance" in the small print... It's the airlines get out if you arrive for a cancelled flight and could have been put on an earlier one.

I too would advise a call to the call centre and let them look into it for you,

the vs73 now commences from 6 July and not the 1 st . also from 11 Nov there is no Friday Service

Still cannot access either of our August JFK flights online after the time changes to VS009/010.This is after 2 calls to prem team the second time they didn't even know what I was talking about[:0].Told me the flights will not show up until I have travelled and then it was a problem with my system.[V]I booked tickets over the phone as the miles were coming from 2 FC accounts and have had no notification of the flight changes at all.

Out of interest, have you received the e-ticket by email (has e-ticket reference number on the email)as yet (not the booking confirmation by email) Flights do not appear on-line until after the e-ticket is issued.

This happened to me a couple of years ago. I thought the booking confirmation email (which has a PNR) for an awards flight was the e-ticket. Two months later, I had a letter saying that Virgin needed the correct credit card details to process the e-ticket. Could only see the seats on-line after second email (i.e. the e-ticket) was received. Thought the ticket processing was rather slow but heard that VS was having a few issues at the time.

I have the e-ticket with the ticket numbers(wrong timings), the flights were showing ok within an hour of booking but disappeared after the schedule change the day after I booked.

You might want to ring Premier again, and persevere until you get either the schedule change confirmed or an explanation why you cannot see your booking on line. If your tickets have been issued, and you don't have more than 4 flights booked on the one booking, it should show, once any schedule changes have been sorted out.

Hope that helps,

Juliet

Thanks I will do, only have these 3 flights booked at the moment, think last time I called it didn't go through to the prem team.
