There have been quite a few threads about this exact same topic in the past - and yes, everyone agreed ;)

Having said that, if you're spending £5,000 + on a flight, surely they SHOULD be very helpful...? [:0][:w]

Ensure you phone during UK office hours to get hold the Premier team. I once rang at 7:10 am and ended up speaking to a some in normal reservation that was clueless. Their manager was not much help either. Was advised to "write" to Virgin about my problem. [B)]

Rang back at 10 am on the same day and got what I was after immediately on the phone.[y]

I have just come of the phone (at 10:20 pm) with an agent in the Premier Service Team that spent the last 45 minutes booking some very complicated flights for my folks.

Can't say enough good things about that agent. She was fab[y][y][y]

Oh, and Richard, she says Hi (again!)
