Just a quickie..

If you have written off to Customer Services and received a reply saying your letter has been refered to Richard Bransons office....

how long would you expect to wait before receiving a reply?

Been a few weeks now

Anyone had any experience of this?

cheers all.

Normal SLA is reponse within 28 days but it shoudl be quicker, you could always call custoemr services and quote them the reference number form the letter they sent you.

Thanks,
Richard

You've been in your 'game' too long. :D:D I think you may find that Virgin would prefer to refer this type of document a 'Charter':D:D

Of-course we could have a discussion about what the internal OLA's are and even which UC's (not UCS) exist to support the SLA....:D

Seems like chasing them would be a good idea, there's no way it should take so long to get an anwser.
