I have tried to check in online as soon as online check in opened, however it said exceeded maximum amount of people checked in, this was 30 secs after opening. I then went on to check my mum and dad in without problems.
I am very concerned, as when i telephoned customer service they had also changed our seats, i managed to get the seats a little better but still unable to check in. I have this big worry that they have downgraded us.
